Finished my clearance and exit interview they sent and it has been more than 3 months now and I have not received my backpay nor my COE. Their HR Final Pay department is not responsive even I emailed them multiple times for an update.

Good company....bad leadership/ management. They just let go of really good people. People with potential and skills and if groomed properly, would be an asset to the company. Too bad that the leaders, managers, and directors here think they are the best and no improvement is needed for them. They do not listen to their people. They just dont listen....

They will never respond to your emails whether you are terminated or resigned. This happened to us, they are very responsive before because we haven't delivered onsite our WAH KIT but when they confirmed that it has been received already, they never responded to our following inquiries anymore on the next steps that needs to be done. Completely ghosted. Thumbs down to Afni, thumbs down to their Insurance account/Management as well

This is my second home, the company has competitive salary offer, cool training team, fun working environment and nice people to work with. Payroll is always up to date so no hassle getting payouts. I'm loving my stay here and definitely a company to grow up with.

Don't believe their salary packages cus all of it is a lie. I've tried the process here, took about 6 hrs. in total which is so not worth it just to get the basic offer of only 16k plus 3k allowances considering of my almost 5 years BPO experience. I immediately took it down as the interviewer ( fat tattooed guy who thinks highly of himself ) mentioned that they are only in need of people who'll accept the offer!! Worst recruitment team / experience ever. .

I've been with this company for 1 year & 3 months. I've resigned on March 2021. I've returned all company properties but they did not provide me my backpay or at least my COE until today. I've been trying to reach them via email for several times, but no one is replying. These guys are super INCOMPETENT. I DONT RECOMMEND. STAY OUT OF THIS COMPANY.
